New Hair Do

Well Taylor and Lexi were bound and determined to cut their hair and they did it! Mom got tired of hearing about it so Tuesday we headed to the salon and the girls looked through a hairstyle book and found what they wanted. I was encouraging a more moderate change but they wanted it all off. Lexi was the most determined to get it as short as she could and paid little attention to the hairdressers as she played x-box while her hair was being chopped. Taylor was more conservative and was done first but after she saw Lexi's she wanted more cut off. The end result was really cute! Maddy really wanted to join the fun but she wanted her hair cut to her ears!! I promised her we would cut it some day soon, she got a Belle brush instead. We have almost finished our first week of being off-track, two more to go!!

Halloween

Halloween is over!!!!! Boy was this one a lot of work! After the girls each went through three costumes each they finally decided on THE one and I think the final result turned out pretty good. We had a party at the house and the kids got to go to two spook alleys in the neighborhood. Hopefully next year will be easier!

Disney World

Ginger

Who is this you may be asking? Well, this is the newest addition to our family, Ginger. She is a puggle (a mix between a pug and a beagle) and is 10 weeks old. You may be thinking we are crazy but the girls really love her and have been begging for such a long time for a furry friend to love. So far they have held up their end of the bargain and Mom hasen't had to clean up one poopy yet! Isn't that just the cutest face you have ever seen?

First Day of Preschool

This is Maddy getting ready to head off for her first day in her new preschool. She is now a Silverpup just like her sisters once were. This is the last year of preschool and then on to the big time!

Lexi's Gymnastics Meet

Lexi was able to compete in her first meet. Here she is with girls and the gym. She placed 3rd overall in her level. (Not bad for her first meet!)

Cancun

Bryan made President's Club this year so the company sent us to Cancun for 5 days! We had an amazing time and it was great to see Bryan get to relax for a while.

BYU Game

Lexi's Baptism

Here we all are after Lexi's baptism. She sacrificed a brunch after the baptism so we could tailgate at the BYU opening football game. It was definately an exciting day, a baptism and a BYU win!

Disneyworld

We did it! We bit the bullet and planned family trip to Disneyworld. The girls had a great time and loved every bit of the trip, the plane ride, the hotel and all the parks. We needed a vacation after our vacation!

Back to School

Back to school for Taylor and Lexi! Three weeks never will be much of a summer but they make the best of it. Taylor is now a 4th grader and Lexi is right behind in 3rd.

Lake Powell

We kicked off the summer with our annual family trip to Lake Powell. This was the whole gang stopping for lunch on the way home!
